ethics and genetic engineering

The journal Agriculture and Human Values is a good place to look for this
type of information.

There was a special issue a while back on,"Ethical Issues in Biological
Control." Vol.14(3) September 1997

Also, from the same journal but different issue, "How biotechnology
regulation sets a risk/ethics boundary." Vol 14(1) March
1997. There are other articles from this same issue that should be helpful
as well.
