Dear Greg

I recently posted a mesage to sanet about a study looking at the economic performance of organic farms in Europe published by the University of Hohenheim, Germany. The report considers yields, costs, prices and profits of organic versus conventioanl systems on various farm types (including arable).
For further details feel free to contact me directly or take a look at the WebPage http://www.uni-hohenheim.de/~i410a/ofeurope/

Best wishes
Carolyn

  Subject: Economics of Organic farming

I told a person that I had seen a study comparing the economics of organic and conventional grain farming across the Sanet not too long ago only I can't find it. Am I remembering things right? Any help pointing me to studies that compare the economics of properly managed low input operations to conventional agriculture would be appreciated.

  Best wishes,
