There is a market-farming list with 274 subscribers, often very active
and very informative. The purpose of this list exactly matches the
description of your micro-farming concept though farms up to 20-40 acres
are also included. I had at one time thought about starting another list
for homestead gardeners (or farmers, if you prefer). Maybe this would be
a good time to do that if a forum for very small farms is really needed;
farming and gardening without the use of fossil-fuel-powered equipment
would find a home here, and this is my main interest. There is also a
permaculture list which covers micro-farming to some degree.
