Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm not trying to place any
material. I'm looking for resources for a startup food-related Web site
that wants to include news about farmers and agriculture in general (how
refreshingly novel). I know of many industry publications and newsletters
targeted toward producers, but I'm coming up blank on general-interest
publications.
I don't want gardening magazines, and I don't want publications aimed
primarily at an audience with organic/environmental interests. The best
I've come up with so far is Edward Behr's The Art of Eating. Anyone know of
others?
