Midwest Organic And Sustainable Education Services (MOSES), a non-profit
organization working to educate farmers on organic agriculture.

The food service at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is
excited about preparing a menu of almost 100% organic meals for the
conference. (May I add that Maharishi University of Management does this
year round for its students!). Many of the ingredients will be locally
grown. Other features include evening entertainment, exhibit hall, farmer
showcase, book sales, conference audio tapes, and a children's program.
Some La Cross area hotels are offering special rates for conference
attendees or there may still be "Alternative Lodging" with local folks
offering to house participants willing to bring their sleeping bags.
