Looks like the real solution to the Vit A. problem is education (or
stopping the de-education against traditional diets in favor of western
foods) and using existing IRRI plant varities if needed.
This looks like "a solution in search of a problem" try to justify it's
existence and an "apple pie and motherhood" front project that may help
legitimize the capital investment of stockholders in the private sector.
