Mosquitos--Help!

Our CSA is threatened each year by the county's spraying of malathion on our
campus. They insist it is the only way to control the disease-causing
mosquito. We have people, animals, and crops being sprayed at intervals all
summer, near enough to cause me real concern. We have four lakes on the
campus. Does anyone know of any way to stop the mosquitos at the larval
stage. The Health department is willing to listen to an alternative plan--at
our cost, of course--and cease and desist from the spraying. Please let me
know any ideas you might have. Thanks
