I just got the news: the US Court of
Appeals for the 5th Circuit handed down
its decision in the Oprah-Lyman case.
The District Court decision in Oprah/Lyman's
favor was AFFIRMED 3-0 with Judge Edith
Jones concurring.
The opinion _should_ (?) be posted on the Court's
website sometime today.

I have yet to see the opinion.
