Re: Rutgers Study of Organic vs Commercial

Someone posted on the ABC newsboard about a "Rutgers" study. This may
solve the urban mystery:

http://www.libraries.rutgers.edu/rul/ask_a_lib/faqru.shtm#fb

The full citation appears there, but in case the link doesn't work, (I
couldn't get in, perhaps an account is needed) then here's the citation:

Bear, Firman E, Steven J. Toth and, Arthur L. Prince.
"Variation in Mineral Composition of Vegetables."
Proceeding of the Soil Science Society of America,
                   13:380-384, 1948

Hopefully this will shed some light.

Dave,

remodeler, drummer, farmer, soapmaker

cutting, banging, sowing and milling!
