Valerie bring up an important point in below post, who was that woman
anyway, does she really have "credentials" in the organics world. She
appeared as if she came out of a hollywood casting office as a "dumb organic
freak". She had no passion, she answered questions in a most minimal way
without any confiedence. She acted like she herself had no confiedence in
organic food. Granted she only got a few minutes compared to Avery's many
but she squander them. I have met many in the organic movement in my local
NOFA that would have been more articulate than her. Beth
