Did anyone else see the John Stossel 20/20 episode about organic food? I
did not but I am told that the beginning focused on e-coli in meat, then
jumped to vegetables and focused on organic being a hype. Apparently
they asked growers who did not have great responses as to nutritional
differences.
Your comments (if you saw the show) are encouraged! As I understand the
slant showed sprouts as having bacteria (depends upon the rinse water
used but was not identified).
A portion was devoted to using manure which has it risks and advantages
no matter what. Since I did not see the show, did they select some
organic farmer who used tainted manure ?
In other words, can someone who saw the show fairly comment?
I believe that comments can than be forwarded to:
If I am incorrect, please correct........
