Hi Saneteers. I am writing a report for our local farmers market and am in
the process of seeking out literature which points to a growing number of
discriminating consumers moving towards farm fresh and organic produce. I
know that David Foot in Boom, Bust and Echo has indicated that the boomer
population is exhibiting more discriminating consumer behaviour about food
safety and freshness. I have also seen reports citing a new revival of
consumer farmer relationships.
Any help would be appreciated.
