This is one of the great fallacies of "politically correct" nutrition, that
dietary vitamin D is unnecessary. In fact, the healthy people that Price
studied consumed huge amounts of dietary vitamin D, in additon to being in
the sun all the time. When the modernizied natives stopped eating the
vitamin-D rich foods, their health suffered--in spite of the fact that they
were still in the sun all the time.

PLEASE read "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" by Weston A
Price--the pictures speak more than a thousand words about the
importance of fat-soluble nutrients in the diet.
