How does it change the nutritional equation in humans now that a lot of
humans spend their days completely inside and the animal products they eat
spend their whole life in damp, sunless barns? We would have to be really
careful what source of lard we are recommending to people I would think as
fat is a good accumlator of toxins. Has there been any testing done to see
if lard from confinement pigs accumlates antibiotic residues, hydrogen
sulfide residues, or ammonia residues? I would think they would all be
legitimate concerns.
Best wishes,
