Lorne, remember that Minelle is going against the flow by producing
safe, quality food for herself (her milk) and her customers (grass
finished, E. coli free beef). She and many other farmers are presenting
OPTIONS to the consumer; informing people of the pro s and con s of her
production methods; and allowing customers to decide for themselves.
Personally, I'd buy her beef and because she cares so much, I'd probably
pick up her vegetables too!
