Hello saneteers:
I've had a lot of folks contact me regarding a posting last year on
sources of small scale dairy processing equipment. While
searching for an alternative to the Pladot system I ran across the
Alliance Pastorale (France), which appears to offer some scaller
scale dairy and meat processing equipment that could meet some
of those needs. I have not received their catalog yet and I was
wondering if anyone out there is familiar with their products and
prices?
