Dear Friends,

By kind permission of the Danish Agricultural Advisory Service, a database
of international and national standards in the EU is made available on the
Organic Information site at http://www.organicinfo.ndirect.co.uk

Currently, the following sections is available:

* Contact list of certification bodies/authorities in EU and EFTA
countries
* An overview of organic regulations and standards in EU and EFTA
countries
* Conversion: Productions covered by the published Standards
* Conversion: Plant production - International standards

Eventually, the database will include Plant Production, Animal Conversion
and Production, and Permitted Products in crop and animal production. It may
take a couple of weeks to complete the database. A paper copy of the
Standards report may be obtained from the DAAS.

Best wishes,

Anton Doroszenko
