I just called the library and ordered the 1963 version of Composition of
Foods: Raw, Processed, Prepared on interlibarary loan. The USDA may not
release the old data now but they can't recall all the old book already out
there :>)

I will compare the data in the 1963 version with my 1989 Supplement and the
1999 online version. I will get back to the list with a table of several
selected foods. Mike Miller
