"to say the least" - and to say a little more, it certainly puts another
stumbling block in the way of people getting the information they want in a
format that is efficient - which is what computers and the Web were supposed
to do for us. Our government is putting on the brakes in many ways - what
will it take for voters to act to protect their children as well as
themselves ?
