Dear Greg and Saneters, Actually the site you should visit regarding nutrition is

www.westonaprice.org

Sally Fallon (who was originally with Price-Pottinger) is a very dedicated innovator and mover in renewing and re-educating us of our lost ( more accurately obscured by those who profit from promoting nutritional junk) traditional nutritional heritage and has started her own foundation to get the word out. She was running into real problems with PP because their board was very conservative and was not fond of her banging the kettle against big agribusiness and big business in general. Their site is still under construction but is still very informative with many links. Sally spoke at our Midwest Small Farm Conference (Indiana) this last November and is so very inspiring. She uses terms like the "coca-cola-nization" of America and "Arch Devil of the Midlands" (ADM) in refering to those who seek to profit on selling easy to produce products that supplant the "Nourishing Traditions" developed over tens of thousands of years. That is also the title of her book (2nd ed) which will aid you in understanding and reacquiring those traditions. She shatters alot of myths about accepted conventional nutritional wisdom (including soy), and has plans to develop her own affiliated laboratory for analyzing nutritional content and documenting Price's work. Support her new organization not PP and she will make a difference. Later,
