I am not convinced of the following:

1) Humans can easily attain their vitamin, mineral, energy, and amino acid
needs easily with just vegetables

2) Very many farmers will exist with a vegetarian lifestyle of the masses

3) Grass based agriculture is abusing the natural resources

4) Organic vegetable production on a scale to feed the masses can be
accomplished without co-existing
with animals.

Please don't interpret that I am trying to say that the average person eats
enough vegetables and that the average person eats the right kind of meat or
meat products. Actually, I think both couldn't be further from the truth.
