Novartis patent "temporarily unavailable"

Wytze, could you perchance call "the friendly EPO lady" again and ask her
why the novartis patent is no longer available? I think I'm smelling a
rat, a big multinational rat. Is there a way to request a paper copy?
Does EPO stand for European Patent Office or is this a commercial site?

I tried to download the patent yesterday to no avail. The search found the
patent in the index but the link would not comeup on the screen. I now
regret I did not try some other patent just to assure the system was
working.

I guess Novartis saw from their monitoring that the kim-chee was hitting
the fan about this patent application. How better to stifle the debate
than remove the information from ready acessibility to the rabble rousers?

Verrrry Interesting. Mike Miller
