Alex, I grew OP'ed Northstine Dent this year for cornmeal (not eathing)
from seeds that I got from Johnny's Select Seed in Maine.
http://www.johnnyseeds.com The promo went like this Early Yellow corn for
the sweetest corn meal. Our favorite for a sweet, delicious corn meal for
baking and cereal. 100 days. Nothing about protein but regular dent corn
probably is not far off. So far I have the corn, corn sheller but no mill
