We have started an organic pasture based dairy, bottle our milk and sell
in stores in Columbia and Kansas City. We are considering setting up an
apprentice position in which the apprentice would learn pasture
management, milking, herd management, milk processing, marketing,
delivery, etc.
Any ideas on how to structure this position and find an exceptional
apprentice? One big obstacle we face is that we have no housing for an
apprentice at present. Creative solutions to this problem would be
gratefully appreciated.

further enlightenment.
