Agrarian Reform and Development in the XXI Century - that's the name
of an event beginning this coming Monday in the city of Puebla,
capital of the State of Puebla, Mexico; a 2 hour drive from where I
sit. Anyone going from this list?
The Convocation lists the U. of Wisconsin as among the participants,
as well as (in Spanish, as the English part is still under construction
at the events website and it's simple enough to figure out - i.e -BM
is World Bank, BID is InterAmerican Development Bank, etc.):
