environmental training for Bolivian

Dear Colleagues,
We are looking for a training program for a Bolivian
environmentalist. He is currently attending a course
now but is not getting the type of training he needs.
He has expressed interest in some kind of course or
internship that might be available in this country.

His main interest: proactive environmental action on
the part of industries.

He works for a consortium of industries in Bolivia who
are eager to set up offices in the companies(?) that
would be responsible for environmental management programs.

As far as we can determine at this point he is taking an
industry's perspective and establishing a coherent response
to environmental issues.

Any tips, references or ideas would be most welcome.
