I got a call from Holly Price of the REsource Conservation District in
Monterey, asking for names of people who could sit on a committee advising
the State Water Resources Control Board in Sacramento on ag and pesticide
related issues. Holly said she is the only current member of the committee
with an environmental perspective. This is a great opportunity for someone
willing to attend meetings and speak up about pesticide related issues.
Meetings apparently are held in Sac and Oakland.
