4)Operators of not larger than a family-sized farm, 5)operators of not
larger than a family-sized farm who are not in need of FmHA credit
assistance on eligible rates and terms.
Socially disadvantaged applicants are members of a group which have been
subject to racial or ethnic prejudice without regard to their individual
qualities. Information on how to qualify as a beginning farmer and other
loan eligibility criteria is available at the local FmHA office.
This sale is subject to rights offered the former owner under Minnesota
Rights of First Refusal. Sale is subject to conservation deed
restrictions which will restrict the purchaser's use of the wetlands. The
purchaser will be required to comply with the conditions of a Soil
Conservation Service conservation plan.
Financing available: 6.5% interest, 40 year repayment term for qualified
