update on UCD lawsuit - several years ago

Friends: several years ago (5-6?), I seem to recall a class action
lawsuit being launched against the Univ. of California at Davis for
non-compliance with the provisions of the Hatch Slack Act - I think.
The context had to do with not serving the needs the farming
community, but rather, directing benefit to agribusiness. The suit
was successful, but was appealed, and I've since lost track of the
outcome. Could someone please update me on this most interesting
precedent, and if possible, direct me to documentation on the case?
