Ice minus update?

Hi, I am looking for information on the ice-minus genetically engineered
bacteria that was in the news a few years ago. I cant seem to find
any information on what happened to the idea of using it in actual
farm settings to combat crop freeze succesptability, does anyone know
if it is indeed being used? I am desperately looking for more information
on it, and would be extreemly grateful to anyone who can either tell what
they know, or can give me the name of a good source that can. Thanks!
