Specifically, I am looking for the resources used in the Industrial and
Organic production of iceberg lettuce (water, energy, fertilizer,
pesticides/pest management, etc.), and the impact (positive or negative)
the use of these resources and production techniques has on the
environment (topsoil erosion, water supply, ecosystem health, drinking
water contamination, human health, etc.) in New England and California.
Any and all leads would be helpful.
