FLC to implement a program designed to sustain Pennsylvania farms
and ranches by linking individuals seeking to actively farm with
farming opportunities.
Coordinator will administer all aspects of the Link, to include
fielding inquiries, establishing a database, working with
prospective farmers and land holders, and coordinating workshops
and educational services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and computer
literacy required. Coordinator must have a working understanding
of farming and the agricultural community, financial planning,
mediation skills, ability to think creatively, and a track record
for completing initiatives independently.
Masters Degree preferred, but Bachelors acceptable with a minimum
of three years experience.
Salary: High $20s
