A place you may try for spanish language sources for the Bolivian
teachers may be the U.S. Peace Corps. They have environmental
programs in several spanish speaking countries and you may be able
to get your hands on some of the books they use. Another source
maybe C.H.P. which trains Peace Corps volunteers in several
countries.
