I am writing a handbook for extentionists and conservationists in the
tropics about a tree species which has been utilized in agroforestry
systems. This species is Gliricidia sepium, which is native from Central
America. It is a leguminous tree that has multiple uses. One of the
problems that I am facing is that a lot of information about this species is
not in the libraries in the US. Does somebody know how I can get more
information about Gliricidia? Is someone familiar with this tree species?
I would like to establish comunication with whoever has access to this
information, or has had experience working in the tropics with this tree
species. thanks, Jorge Luis Hernandez
