I'm looking for any information or contacts anyone has about
academically-oriented looks at Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)
projects. My own bent is the economic perspective, but I'd be
interested in hearing from people in any fields looking at CSA's.

Even if you've only been thinking about it so far, I'd be up for
sharing some thoughts about how consumers value the opportunity
to support these farms.
