Oganic milk has been available here for the last 4 months or so. We buy
it eventhough we're surviving on a student's budget. Over $2.00 for a
half gallon makes one not want to use much milk. Anyway the company also
puts out cheeses that are organic, so check those out too. As for bst in
milk, there are actually a lot of companies that will not accept bst
processed milk from farmers. In the east bay area, I know that Berkeley
Farms is not acceptining it. There are others, I don't have a
comprehensive list, but the issue is hot right now and companies will
definitly be advertising it - so keep an eye out.
