New Zealand and Ireland farms (fwd)

Hello, i'm a senior at the University of Vermont and am looking for
contacts of dairy farmers in New Zealand, Scotland, and Ireland.
I'm interested in travelling abroad for a while, with hopes of working
on some farms over-seas.

If anyone knows of any farmers or farming organizations that could be of
help to me, I would appreciate the information.
