Univ. of Illinois IPM specialists Kevin Steffey and Mike Gray offer their
views on the Monarch meeting in a new posting on the Univ. of Illinois
extension page, go to --
http://spectre.ag.uiuc.edu/cespubs/pest/articles/199924d.html
We will continue to add reports and stories on this meeting and related
developments shedding light on the impact of Bt pollen on non-target
beneficials, of which the Monarch is only the most visible example, thus
far. As research starts to show up in the literature, we will also post it
or links to it. If anyone has any data on this subject that they would
like posted, please contact me by private email.
