Hmmmmm. It's starting to make sense. I read recently that Novartis is
thinking about selling it's agribusiness division. Rumors are that
they're worried about declining profits and lawsuits from GMOs.
Estimates are that they could get $15 billion or more for this division.

And it makes sense, given this, that they would only be interested in
Monsanto's pharmaceuticals. That would give them a lot of cash to spend.

And MM says Dow may be interested in their insecticides? This may be the
continuing feeding frenzy of the sharks that swim in the agribusiness
waters. Ain't corporate "consolidation" a great thing?
