Kevin,
Steve Bonney ( sbonney@iquest.net ) has initiated a program in
Indianapolis called City Food where his organization , Sustainable
Earth, has purchased vacant lots in low income neighborhoods and has
established organic gardens run by locals and other volunteers.
Unfortunately for you ,or fortunately for us, depending on how you view
it, the project is not connected with our major land grant.
