You seem to have misread my post. I was agreeing with you from the
beginning. Maybe you don't agree that agriculture is an unnatural act,
but I happen to believe we left the natural world when we stoppd being
hunters/gatherers/scavengers.
And I was trying to say that GMOs are an aberation, but follow a
sequence of manipulation throughout our plant breeding history.
And I didn't say that heirlooms and GMOs were the same thing. I was
saying that most of our varieties are the result of some manipulation.
AND you said, "How long were you breast fed, BTW?" Around here, the
common response to an insult like that would be, "Yo mamma so stank..."
or announcing that it's time for the little 'uns to bunch up and the big
'uns to line up. But I will forgo the local customs and await an
appropriate apology.
