My two
cents I cannot believe that free range eggs are not higher in nutrients how
can a yolk be that yellow and not be higher in Vit. A? Thanks Beth

Beth -
I read a few years back that a lot of the yellow was actually caused
by the increased chlorophyll that a free range chicken ingests from grass,
etc.. The firmness caused by the increased protein from insects rather than
grain in commercial feed. This with all of the other 'trace' nutrients they
get from scratching and pecking at everything.
