Amen, amen and again, amen. But, there is so much bureaucracy
and money against that ever happening! We got a grant from the
farm bureau to put up a coldframe for winter salad production (no heat in
our zone 6 climate), but we were very careful NOT to say anything in the
request to suggest that we are organic (Kentucky Certified) because we
figured they'd die before they funded an organic project.
