I would suggest that you contact Sandra Marquardt at the Organic Fiber
Council (ofc@igc.org) or at 510-215-8841. We've published the Organic
Cotton Directory which lists over 125 companies that make organic cotton
products.
I also worked on a recent Consumers' Guide to Organic Cotton published by
Mother's & Other's (tel: 212-242-0010). Also contact PANNA, they currently
have a campaign to encourage environmental groups to use organic cotton for
their own organizational merchandise. They can be reached at

The price differential does exist, but it's no excuse for not offering a
choice to consumers.
