I'm looking for any leads on work being done to integrate local food (the
more local the better, generally speaking: within the state, produced by
small-scale, sustainable producers) into institutions, particularly public
institutions like universities. Any contacts, informational resources, etc.
sent my way would be greatly appreciated.
Also curious if anyone has a copy of "A Guide to Starting a Local Food
Project", Based on the Hendrix College Experience. 1991. By Melissa
Beck Yazman. I tried calling the college, but no one I spoke to there was
able to put their hands on it. I would gladly pay for costs of copying and
mailing.
Many thanks,
Kevin
