Subject: Food Alliance Executive Director

Here's the job posting:

The Food Alliance:
Good Food for a Healthy Future

The Food Alliance (TFA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing
awareness of the link between environmentally friendly farming practices and
protection of Northwest natural resources. We have two exciting
opportunities to become part of our hard working staff:

Program Director
The Food Alliance is seeking a Program Director to oversee and coordinate
the Farm and Retail Programs. Reporting directly to the Executive
Director, the Program Director will insure that the two programs are
operating synergistically as they develop and expand. The Director will
work with staff and the Executive Director to develop long-term goals and
plans for the programs, including budgets, and will be responsible for
providing the support they need to achieve the goals of their programs.

Office Manager
TFA is seeking an Office Manager to handle its day-to-day operations and
insure that the infrastructure of the organization is in good health.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Office Manager (OM) is
responsible for human resource issues such as benefits and scheduling as
well as computer systems and office supplies. It is the OM's job not only to
see that present procedures run smoothly, but also to evaluate those
procedures or systems and replace them if necessary. The OM should have
several years' experience as an office manager and should be looking for a
challenge.
