Terminator Seeds: Help with Testimony NH Bill

Hello Friends,
I am scheduled to testify before the study committee (November 9, 1999)
of the New Hampshire House of Representatives who has been established
to "..to examine the threat to bio-diversity as a result of the
sterility trait flowing from 'terminator' crops to surrounding plants,
rendering them sterile." This study committe was the result of a failed
bill to ban "terminator" technology in New Hampshire. I am asking for
help in identifying souces of information on this very important
subject. Since I only have a little over a month I would appreciate any
help you can give me ASAP.
