Food Systems in MD, PA, DE, VA

I am looking for compiled information on food produced, processed, and
distributed in the Chesapeake Bay region, including MD, PA, DE,and VA.

I am looking for : how many acres or tons or gallons of vegetables, corn,
milk, beef, chickens etc are produced in these states; where this food
goes; how much is available to consumers in the same region. Does any one
have any leads, reports, or contacts on this type of information? Thanks.
