Hi again Beth,
Pardon my arogance in assuming that everyones situation is the =
same. Sometimes we believe that it is the same all over the world as it =
is where we live ourselves. Sometimes it is not greed for selling =
although looking from the outside it always appears that way. As with my =
own operation, it will be very tempting to "sell out" that other farm =
that is close to town. I didn't know that you would have to pay back =
taxes for a different tax assesment. That doesn't sound legal to me. =
Logic tells me that as long as the farm was farmed as a farm it should =
be taxed as such. Not that the legal system was ever built on logic.
