I must be missing the point here somewhere or left out some details. =
In the zoning area I mentioned, the land was all zoned agricultural with =
the smallest amount to be sold off to anyone would be the 40 acres. This =
means; no housing, no factories, no streets, no nothing but one house.
Am I still missing something?
